Support Groups for Lawyers with Depression

My weekly support groups for lawyers with depression are intended to provide a contained space to give and receive support from colleagues who understand what it's like to practice law while experiencing depression.

Can social connection support your mental health? Come be part of a supportive small community that can hold whatever you're going through.

Support groups provide clients with opportunities to connect with other people with shared experiences. This is a unique structure that can give rise to new insights, awareness, and motivation.

This is the support I wished I'd had when I was practicing law while depressed!

Groups are held online, and are limited to 5 people. The fee is $75/session, with a 10 week commitment. I interview incoming members, looking for people who can form a cohesive group. These groups are only available to attorneys residing in California.

We can do better.  We can be better.

New group forming now!

Feel free to contact me with any questions, or to register:  (415) 498-0590 or juliette.hirt@mindfulcenter.org.  I look forward to meeting you!
